CR and Community College Application Workshop - Thursday, Feb. 27

Seniors: We will be hosting an all day workshop to help students complete the online application for College of the Redwoods and other California community colleges on Thursday, Feb. 27th in the B Labs. Since there are so many students that need to sign up, we will be taking students out of their Econ classes, providing it is OK with the teacher. If you'd like to sign up for this event, there will be a sign-up sheet in the front office, however, most students will automatically be called out of class for this event. Students: It is really important to have your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER with you to complete your college application, so try to have it memorized beforehand.

Humboldt Area Foundation Workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 25th

Attn Seniors: The Humboldt Area Foundation will be hosting a workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 25th during lst, 2nd and 3rd periods. This workshop will help students with the online scholarship application. The Humboldt Area Foundation scholarships are all local and many students qualify for these scholarships. These scholarships require two letters of recommendation, so try to have your letters available if possible. If you attend the workshop, your name will be submitted for a drawing to win $500 providing you complete the application.
