Attn Seniors: The April Senior/Scholarship Update is now posted so be sure to check it out. This month has info on colleges, i.e. notifying your UC or CSU before the deadline of May lst and financial aid award info. April is the month where you finalize your college and financial plans for next year. Regarding the Scholarship Update this month: There are lots of local scholarships including Kiwanis, Rotary, Fortuna Middle School, Rio Dell Teachers, American Business Womens, Fortuna Women's Group, McCrigler, Harris, Bettis, Rovai and the Tomasini. There are a few scholarships that don't require an application like the Murray Family, Marty Kelley and the Mrs. Bissell scholarships so be sure to check out the scholarship update so you will know what is required for these scholarships.
